By this application, the applicant seeks fixation of an early date of hearing of Second Appeal No.221 of 2008 for the reasons stated in the memorandum of the application.
Heard Mr. D. D. Vaidya, learned advocate for the applicant.
Having regard to the averments made in the application, the application is allowed. Second Appeal No.221 of 2008 to be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 13.02.2012.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
