This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the Additional Commissioner, Transport (Administration), repsondent-2, to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.2.2017, in respect of grant of 3rd benefit under the Assured Career Progression Scheme.
It has been stated that the petitioner retired from the post of Senior Assistant. Although under the Assured Career Progression Scheme, he was entitled for the 3rd benefit, but it was not given to him. The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of directing Additional Commissioner, Transport (Administration), repsondent-2, to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.2.2017, by a reasoned and speaking order, within two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
