The petitioner has not brought any proceedings in the record to show that the proceedings were taken out in accordance with law to implement the orders passed by the revenue courts.
Shri Ajay Bahadur Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of taking out appropriate proceedings under Section 47 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
It is open to the petitioner to avail any remedy in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of.
