Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner by the instant writ petition is assailing the punishment order duly affirmed by the appellate authority.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondents at the outset submits that the order is revisable before the Chairman, Board of Director, U.P. Jal Nigam.
This fact is not being disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take remedy by filing revision before the appropriate court/forum.
In the event, such revision is filed within two weeks from date, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority by passing a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, within eight weeks thereafter, provided there is no impediment.
It is clarified that the Court has not considered and claim and contention of the parties on merit.
