Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A.
This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 10.06.2021 in Case Crime no.175 of 2021 under Section 498-A, 304-B IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act 1961, PS Civil Lines, District Rampur.
After the arguments were heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to apply for anticipatory bail/ bail.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the aforesaid request of the petitioners.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to apply for anticipatory bail/ bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
