After hearing the matter at some length, we have perused the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein she has categorically stated that she wants to go with her parents and also specifically stated that 'main usse pyar nahi karti'.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has sought liberty to withdraw the present habeas corpus writ petition, at this stage. Accordingly, the present habeas corpus writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
