Bhure Singh vs D D C And Ors

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|27 July, 2018
|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 60
Case :- WRIT - B No. - 68179 of 2013 Petitioner :- Bhure Singh Respondent :- D.D.C. And 8 Ors. Counsel for Petitioner :- Janardan Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.
List is being revised. Nobody is present to press the petition on behalf of the petitioner.
The writ petition is directed against the order of Deputy Director of Consolidation arising out of the proceedings of allotment of chaks.
From the perusal and close examination of the order of the Deputy Director of Consolidation, I do not find any fault as the finding has come to be recorded that all the four tenure holders/chak holders have been allotted chak consisting of their respective original holdings, which in the opinion of the Court is in consonance with the scheme under Section 19 of the Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953.
The writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
