JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter was called out, none is present for the State.
The applicant-prisoner has taken out this application from jail for seeking parole leave on account of arranging funds for paying fine. The jail remarks-sheet indicate that the applicant-prisoner was released on earlier occasion on furlough leave from 25.02.2011 to 10.03.2011 and he reported in time.
In light of this, the Court is inclined to exercise discretion in his favour and grant parole leave, as requested. The applicant-prisoner is hereby ordered to be released on parole leave for the period of 15 days from the date of his release on his executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- on the following terms and conditions the he shall;
(a) not take undue advantage of his liberty or misuse his liberty;
(b) maintain law and order;
(c) furnish the address of his residence;
(d) he shall surrender to the jail authority on expiry of his leave.
The application stands allowed. The order be immediately sent to the authorities for its execution.
