Ms.Nisha M.Thakore, learned Assistant Government Pleader to ensure that the copy of the affidavit-in-reply filed by respondent No.2 is supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner within two days. On receipt thereof, an affidavit-in-rejoinder, if required, be filed on, or before, the next date of hearing.
