Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashutosh Pandey, the learned Brief Holder for the State and perused the record.
The present application for grant of anticipatory bail has been filed by the applicant in case crime No.240 of 2019, under Sections 307, 332, 353, 427, 504, 120-B I.P.C., Section 3/57/7 Mines Act and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Khairagarh, District- Agra.
The Court finds itself unable to countenance the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant since the FIR clearly alleges that it was the applicant who was driving the tractor loaded with minor minerals and which almost mowed down the police personnel.
Consequently, the application is rejected.
