1. Rule. Mr.L.R. Pujari, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent No.1 and Mr.Dhirendra Mehta, learned advocate, waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent No.2.
2. At the request of learned advocate for the parties, Rule to be expedited.
3. Heard learned advocates for the respective parties with regard to interim prayer. In the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the nature of sentence awarded to the applicant, pending the Revision Application, sentence awarded to the applicant shall stand suspended. Consequently the applicant shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each and on a further condition of payment of fine amount.
4. Bond to be executed and fine to be paid within one week before the Trial Court.
