Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This petition has been filed with prayer for declaration and release of the result of the petitioner for the last 6th semester final year and to remove the word RD Duration more than six years from the mark sheet of the petitioner.
In that regard petitioner also brought to the notice of this Court page no.35 Annexure No.5 to this petition that an application has been made to the Vice Chancellor of the concerned University dated 4.11.2019 but the same has not been considered and dispose off as yet.
In view of above, it is directed that the petitioner may move fresh copy of application/representation before the respondent no.1 within three weeks from today and in case any such representation is so made, the same shall be further considered and disposed off by passing speaking and reasoned order within a period one month next from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant petition is disposed off. Cost easy.
