When the petition was taken up for hearing on 29th December 2011, the learned advocate for the petitioner had requested for adjournment. At his request the hearing was deferred to today. Today, when the petition is called out and taken up for hearing, learned advocate for petitioner is not present. Any request for adjournment or passover is also not made. The petitioner is also not present. No one has attended the hearing. Hence, dismissed for non-prosecution.
