JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. This Court on 28.06.2012 had passed the following order :-
"Ld.
Counsel Mr. Bukhari has filed a sick note.
S.O.
to 16.07.2012.
If on the next date, Mr. Bukhari is unwell, he shall make alternative arrangement, failing which the matter shall be proceeded on merits."
2. Today, also Mr. Bukhari is not present nor any alternative arrangement is made. Hence, the matter stands dismissed for default. Notice is discharged.
