Having regard to the submissions made by the learned advocate for the applicant the order dated 16.12.2011 passed in Civil Application No.11644 of 2011 in Special Civil Application No.6200 of 2011 is recalled and the office is directed to restore the proceedings of the said Civil Application No.11644 of 2011 in Special Civil Application No.6200 of 2011 to its original file and place the said Civil Application for hearing in regular course.
