1. This application has been preferred by the applicants (original petitioners) with a prayer to condone the delay of 33 days that has occurred in filing the application and for restoration of Special Civil Application No.32 of 2012 to its original status on file. The said petition was dismissed for non-removal of office objections, within the period of time stipulated, by order dated 2-4-2012 of this court.
2. Heard Mr.P.B.Khambholja,learned advocate for the applicants and perused the averments made in the application.
3. It is stated by Mr.Khamholja on behalf of the applicants that the office objections shall be removed on, or before, 21-5-2012.
4. Upon the above statement being made by the learned advocate for the applicants, the following order is passed:
The delay is condoned. In the event that the office objections are removed on, or before, 21-5-2012, Special Civil Application No.32 of 2012 shall be restored to its original status on file. If the office objections are not removed within the period of time stipulated herein-above, this order shall not operate.
5. The application is disposed of, in the above terms.
