Bhupatbhai vs State

Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court on 22.5.2012, responsible officers from the Government on their own have remained present before the Court. They have explained, prima facie, the probable communication gap between the authorities of the Government and officers executing it at district level. To ascertain the earlier policy of the Government with regard to equivalence of B.R.S. with B.A., time is sought. The same is granted. Put up on 30.5.2012.
