Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the material brought on record.
The prayer in this petition is to command the respondents 1 to 3 to provide security to the petitioner.
There is no sufficient disclosure in the petition to make out a case for grant of security to the petitioner, in as much as, the only allegation made is that the respondent no.4 and his son are threatening the petitioner without specifying whether any untoward incident occurred of which a report was lodged.
Under the circumstances, no case for interference is made out.
The petition is dismissed, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file a fresh petition in case any untoward incident occurs of which report is made.
