Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The case of the petitioner is that earlier temporary injunction was granted but, later, it was not extended therefore an application was filed for extension of interim injunction, which was numbered 39 Ga. It has been submitted that date after date is being fixed but neither the application 6C nor the extension application 39Ga is being decided.
It is thus the prayer of the petitioner that a direction be issued to the court concerned to decide those applications.
Be that as it may, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction upon the court concerned to ensure that a final decision is taken on the pending applications, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, unless there is any legal impediment in doing so.
