Mr.Harshadray A. Dave, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, does not press this petition.

Mr.Dave, learned counsel however, submits that the petitioners intend to file appropriate proceedings/application before the concerned authority.

Hence, the petition stands disposed of as not pressed.

It goes without saying that if any such application is filed by the petitioners, the concerned authority shall consider the same on its own merits without being influenced by the fact that this petition is not pressed.
