This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 4 to take appropriate action with regard to the application made by petitioner dated 13.01.2019.
II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 5 not to crate hindrance over the peaceful possession of the petitioner over half of Gata No. 92Mi/0.0770 and Gata No. 93Mi/0.0890 situate at Village Sothrapur, Police Station Khakhreru, District Fatehpur, except in accordance with law."
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that his application pending before the Respondent No. 4, Superintendent of Police, Fatehpur in respect of his grievances be considered and appropriate action be taken by the concerned authority within a stipulated period.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 4, ventilating his grievances within 10 days from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its Annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall look into the matter personally and do the needful expeditiously after giving an opportunity to the concerned parties in accordance with law.
