The instant petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Execution Case No.1 of 2013 within a stipulated period.
From the order sheet it does not appear that the matter is being unnecessarily adjourned. It appears that on the last date some application was filed on which a date was fixed. Thereafter, on 18.08.2018 lawyers had remained on strike.
In view of the above, no specific direction need be issued. It is expected that the court concerned shall proceed with the matter expeditiously. The petition is disposed off.
