Petitioner is seeking execution of the order passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation. He has remedy to get the order executed or in the alternative remedy if the dispute still survives for removal of encroachment over the chakmarg by invoking provision contained in Section 26 of the Revenue Code, 2006.
In view of the alternative remedy to get the orders executed or to seek indulgence of appropriate revenue authorities for removal of obstruction over the chakmarg, this petition is not maintainable and is dismissed with liberty to avail such alternative remedy.
