The petitioner No.1 Bhrashtachar Anveshan Evam Unmulan Parishad claims itself to be a non-governmental organisation but from the pleadings we do not know as to the status of the aforesaid organisation whether it is a society or any other kind of an institution and where it is registered and who are persons responsible for running the same.
In view of the above, Sri Srivastava prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition at this stage with liberty to file a fresh one giving complete details about the above organisation.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition and to file a fresh one, if so advised.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
