At the outset, Sri Swetashwa Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioners made a request to permit withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition to bring on record further developments which have taken place. Sri Arvind Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Bank has no objection.
Prayer made is allowed.
Writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
