This criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 24.2.1996 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarnagar in S.T. No. 10 of 1991 (State vs. Bhopal and others) under Sections 325/34 IPC and 323/34 IPC, Police Station - Chhapar, District - Muzaffarnagar.
From perusal of the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarnagar dated 3.10.2019, it transpires that both the appellants- Bhopal and Sheo Raj Singh have died.
In view of the above stated fact that both sole accused / appellants have since expired during course of the pendency of this appeal, this criminal appeal stands abated.
Consequently, this criminal appeal is dismissed as abated on account the death of the accused-appellant.
The present criminal appeal is accordingly dismissed as abated.
