The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide injunction application in Original Suit No. 584 of 2018 within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that the court is granting time to the defendants to file written statement. It is also recorded in the order-sheet that the Presiding Officer is presently on training.
Having regard to the above facts, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that as soon as the Presiding Officer resumes charge of his office, after completing the training, he shall endeavour to decide the injunction application expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
