This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned first information report dated 31.10.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 257 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 452, 395 IPC, P.S.- Sirauli, District- Bareilly.
At the very outset, learned AGA submits that final report has been filed in the present matter, as such, the writ petition itself rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the same.
Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
