Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the array of parties.
Sri Alok Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Rajan Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is prepared to pay the entire amount under the One Time Settlement Scheme of the Bank.
Sri Manoj Nigam, learned counsel for the respondent Bank does not have any serious objection.
Sri Manoj Nigam, learned counsel for the respondent Bank submits that in case the petitioner accepts the One Time Settlement Scheme of the Bank and submits an application in this regard the same shall be decided within a period of ten days.
In the light of the aforesaid submission made by Sri Manoj Nigam, learned counsel for the respondent Bank this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Bank to consider the decide the case of the petitioner under the One Time Settlement Scheme of the Bank within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with the application.
The writ petition is disposed of.
