Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.
This is an application for extension of time No. 54622 of 2012.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that due to some unavoidable reasons, the applicants could deposit the amount of Rs. 9,000/- as directed by this court on 20.8.2008. The applicatns want to deposit the aforesaid amount within three days from today so that this matter may be sent to the meditation centre.
Considering the same the applicants are directed to deposit the amount of 9,000/- within a week. In case the aforesaid amount is deposited, this matter may be referred to the meditation centre. In case, the aforesaid amount is not deposited, this matter shall be listed before this court on 30.3.2012.
