JUDGMENT / ORDER

By means of this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the award under the Industrial Disputes Act in Industrial Dispute No. 14 of 2012 dated 10.9.2013 published on 6.1.2014.
Sri Amit Sinha, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no.1. Learned Standing Counsel represents respondent no.2.
Issue notice to respondents no.3 and 4 returnable at an early date.
The petitioner shall take steps for service of notice upon respondents no. 3 and 4 within a week.
