After hearing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the police is not properly investigating the matter, he will seek his remedy by filing another writ petition and present petition for habeas corpus may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of above submission, the present habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to seek efficacious remedy before appropriate forum.
