This is the second writ petition for the same cause of action. The earlier writ petition was disposed of by order of another Bench of this Court dated 12.4.2018, passed in Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No. 15588 of 2017. Operative portion of the said order reads as under:
"Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the Investigating Officer of the present case to conclude the investigation and submit a police report before the court concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. The Investigating Officer is also directed to make all the efforts to recover the victim within the aforesaid period."
In case, the petitioner has any grievance, he may approach appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
