A request has been made on behalf of Shri R.K. Sinha, learned counsel for the appellant for adjournment of the matter as he met with an accident. However, three other counsel are shown in the cause list as appearing for the appellant.
The case is listed peremptorily today as earlier on three occasions Shri V.S. Rajpoot, another counsel for the appellant had sent his illness slips. Moreover, in the vakalatnama filed by Shri Ragvendra Kumar Singh, an endorsement is made that Shri V.S. Rajpoot and Shri H.M. Srivastava, Advocates have refused to give a 'no objection'. For this reason, the adjournment sought is denied.
