Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the direct the Tehsildar (Judicial) Haraiya, Basti (respondent no. 2) to decide the case no. 333 under Section 122-B U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act read with Rule 115-Complaint (under Section 67 U.P. Revenue Court-2006) (Gaon Sabha vs. Ravindra Pratap Singh) new case no. 1714 of 2017 computerized case no. T2017171453011714 pending in the court of Tehsildar (Judicial) Haraiya, Basti."
The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 instituted against the respondent no. 4 on the complaint made by the petitioner.
Although, it is stated that the opposite party against whom the proceedings have been drawn has put in appearance, the same is not fully borne out from the record.
In case, the parties are represented, the proceedings under Section 67 be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
