Bholabhai vs Prabhudas

High Court Of Gujarat|09 May, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shri B.S. Patel for the applicants submits that this civil application may be allowed in terms of the prayers made, as it would not in any way clothe the present applicants with power or entitlement to deal in admitting the students or matters of admission to the course.
In view of this statement of Shri Patel, Shri S.N. Shelat, learned senior counsel submits that, that was the only anxiety for resisting this application, but once learned counsel for the applicants clarified that granting of prayers in this civil application would not entitle or is entitling the applicants a permission to undertake admission process in the institute or in the course, the respondent has no objection in granting this application.
In view of this, civil application is allowed with aforesaid rider. This allowing of application would not entitle the applicants to undertake admission process in the institute or in the course as the controversy is still open.
Application is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Direct service permitted today.
