Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. 724/2005 (Bhola Vs Basant), under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, pending before Tehsildar (Judicial), Mirzapur, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Case No. 724/2005 (Bhola Vs Basant), under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, pending before Tehsildar (Judicial), Mirzapur, shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
