Petitioner was engaged as Safai Karmi in Nagar Nigam, Allahabad and has retired on 31.12.2018. Petitioner's grievance is that retiral benefits have not been released to him so far.
Learned counsel for the respondents has obtained instructions according to which petitioner's claim would be processed within period of three months. It is also pointed out that various amounts have already been paid to the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent concerned to examine petitioner's grievance and to ensure release of petitioner's withheld retiral benefits/ dues, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
