The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed challenging the order dated 7.5.2018 being Appeal No. 1022 of 2018 (computerized case No. 201801000001022), under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the appeal be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid appeal.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Appeal No. 1022 of 2018 (computerized case No. 201801000001022), under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
