The applicants have preferred the present contempt petition for non compliance of the judgment and order dated 11.1.2021 passed in Writ-C No. 25922 of 2020 (M/S Bhola Transport Handling / Transportation Contractor & another Vs. State of U.P. & 2 others).
Today, when the matter was taken up, the instruction received from the office of the opposite party no. 2 dated 5.10.2021 produced before this Court is taken on record.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that order passed by the Writ-Court has been complied with in its letter and spirit and no further orders are required to be passed.
The present contempt petition is dismissed.
