Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition arises out of proceedings under Section 38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for correction of map.
This application filed by the petitioner was allowed.
However, the order has been reversed by the Revisional court passed by the Additional Commissioner (Administration) vide order dated 15.10.2019.
In my considered opinion against the order impugned passed by the Additional Commissioner, the petitioner has statutory alternative remedy of a Revision under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which statutory alternative remedy has not been availed by the petitioner.
Under the circumstances the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedy which the petitioner in case so advised, may avail the same.
On the petitioner supplying a photo-state copy of the impugned order, the Office shall retain the same on record and return the certified copy to the petitioner.
