This writ petition has been filed for issuing a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to remove the illegal encroachment made by the respondent no. 6 & 7 over the kachcha pathway situated in village Samdabad Kubahati, Post Shah, Police Station Lalauli, District Fatehpur.
Present PIL is not supported by an affidavit of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdrawn the present petition with liberty to file fresh.
Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
No order as to costs.
