The sole relief prayed for in the instant petition is that the Suit being Original Suit No. 26 of 1994 pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (S.D.) II, Jaunpur, be decided expeditiously.
The order sheet does not disclose that issues have been framed.
It is, therefore, directed that if issues have not been framed they be framed within one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. Thereafter, the case being Original Suit No. 26 of 1994 (Bhola vs. Ram Chandra) be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
