Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.K. Mishra, the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Sri Mishra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim of the petitioner for payment of pension and other post retiral benefits, shall be examined and disposed of in accordance with law. He further states that a final decision shall be communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
