Petitioner was promoted on 06.02.2017 from the date his junior was promoted, i.e., on 20.06.2005, on the post of Senior Field Worker. This order was passed pursuant to a direction issued by this Court in Writ Petition No. 15932 of 2016, decided on 08.04.2016. Grievance of the petitioner is that though an order in his favour has been passed, but the benefits, due thereunder, i.e., the difference of salary, etc., have not been released to him so far. Various representations made, since have not been considered, therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
Learned standing counsel submits that petitioner's grievance shall be considered by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, noticed above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no. 3 to accord consideration to the petitioner's claim, as noticed above, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
