Heard counsel for the petitioners.
By this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to dispose of the complaint of the petitioners copy of which has been filed as Annexures-2 to 4 to the writ petition.
The allegation in the writ petition is against respondent No.5, who is claimed to have been granted a lease by Gram Panchayat for fishing from 1st April, 2009 to 31st March, 2010. The grievance of the petitioners is against grant of lease.
According to the relevant Government orders regulating the grant of lease, the remedy for challenging the lease is to file appropriate application before the Collector. The writ petition for the aforesaid relief cannot be entertained.
The writ petition is dismissed.
