Petitioner claims to have been appointed as Assistant Teacher in Shree Vidya Vinodadarsh Sanskrit Maha Vidyalaya Mauni Ghat, Nawabganj, Kanpur Nagar. It is stated that the Committee of Management has informed the District Inspector of Schools about the petitioner working as Officiating Principal, but salary has been denied to him.
Following prayer has been made in the writ petition:-
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the salary of Principal to the petitioner on month to month basis since 01.07.2002."
It appears that in respect of petitioner's grievance, he has also approached the authority concerned, but no decision has been taken so far.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioner shall be examined, in accordance with law.
Considering the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.4, alongwith certified copy of this order, within two weeks from today. Petitioner shall be at liberty to annex all materials in support of his claim, while submitting the certified copy of this order alongwith representation. The authority concerned shall call for appropriate report from the Committee of Management, and shall proceed to take an appropriate decision, in accordance with law, within a further period of four months, thereafter.
