Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that a suit instituted in the year 2018 has not been disposed of, till date.
In view of the above, without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 2, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar District Allahabad (Now Prayagraj) to consider and decide the Suit No. 168 of 2017-18 (Bhola Nath Kushwaha & Others vs. State of UP & Ors.) expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
