The applicants are before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the order dated 18.05.2020 passed in Writ C No.16120 of 2009 (C/M Saraswati Shiksha Parishad And Another Vs. The Registrar Firms Societies And Others).
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, instructions received from the office of the opposite party was placed before this Court, the same is taken on record. It is informed by Shri K. R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party that decision has been taken by the opposite party on 15.07.2021. Therefore no further orders are required to be passed.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
