Ms.Sadhna Sagar, learned counsel for the applicant does not press the present application, however, she states that the paper book is ready for the appeal preferred by the co-convict being Criminal Appeal No.1545 of 2010, and the State has also preferred appeal for enhancement being Criminal Appeal No.961 of 2010, and let all appeals be listed for final hearing at an early date.
In our view, if the paper book is ready, Office shall list the matters for final hearing in reopening after summer vacation.
The application stands disposed of as not pressed. Rule discharged.
